- • As a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer at Zillow Group, you will originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing, guiding borrowers from first contact to funding while ensuring compliance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- • You will work within Zillow Home Loans’ FinTech division, choosing between a high-volume, lead-driven phone-based environment or a consultative, market-focused model building relationships with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners, all supported by Zillow’s technology, brand, and centralized operations.
- • You will join a collaborative, high-energy team of innovators and problem solvers dedicated to revolutionizing the home financing experience, leveraging Zillow’s industry-leading platform to reshape how consumers buy, sell, and finance homes.
- • You will develop expertise in mortgage origination, master Zillow’s CRM and loan origination systems, strengthen consultative sales and client service skills, and achieve performance-driven success in a structured, metrics-oriented environment with opportunities for incentive compensation and professional growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions
- • Active NMLS License or equivalent federal bank license, including completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passage of the SAFE MLO Test
- • Physically located and working remotely from Texas
- • Proven success originating purchase loans in either a high-volume phone-based sales environment or an agent-centric referral model
- • Proficiency with CRM, loan origination systems (LOS), and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
