- • The Remote Operations Coordinator will assist with day-to-day functions of the TNT Sports Remote Operations department, supporting the logistics and coordination essential to live sports production.
- • Daily responsibilities include booking travel logistics (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for technical crew, processing expenses via Corporate Meeting Card and expense systems, communicating production material status, working with vendors on logistic requests, and assisting the Remote Operations Manager with high-profile tent pole events under tight deadlines.
- • Warner Bros. Discovery is a global leader in storytelling and content creation, bringing iconic brands and beloved franchises to audiences worldwide through innovation, creativity, and a commitment to inclusion and excellence.
- • In this role, the candidate will develop expertise in live sports production operations, strengthen project coordination and vendor management skills, gain experience with corporate travel and expense systems (Concur, Ariba), and contribute to high-impact events while working within a supportive, mission-driven culture that values growth and inclusion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in TV Production
- • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- • Strong communication skills
- • Highly detail-oriented
- • Strong problem-solving skills
- • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- • Willingness to travel as needed
- • Based in Atlanta, GA (this is an Atlanta, GA based position)
