  • • As a Remote Sales Manager for RoomPriceGenie AG, you will drive new business growth by converting qualified hotelier prospects into paying customers across global markets where the company lacks dedicated sales teams, directly impacting revenue expansion and market penetration in the hospitality technology sector.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle from discovery and demo support through 14-day free trials to signed subscriptions, managing inbound and partner-generated leads, building supplementary pipelines via outbound outreach and network engagement, delivering high-impact sales conversations that create urgency and demonstrate value, forecasting accurately, managing pipeline discipline, exceeding targets, providing real-time product feedback, and developing strategic partnerships with resellers, PMS providers, and local hospitality stakeholders.
  • • You will join a remote-first, globally distributed team at RoomPriceGenie AG, a fast-growing SaaS scale-up founded in 2017 that empowers independent hoteliers worldwide with AI-driven pricing optimization tools, serving clients across the USA, Canada, Iceland, South Africa, China, Slovenia, Italy, the UK, and beyond.
  • • In this role, you will sharpen your enterprise SaaS sales expertise, deepen your knowledge of hotel technology and revenue management solutions, master consultative selling in the hospitality sector, and build a scalable, repeatable sales process while contributing to product evolution through frontline customer insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record as a high-performing SaaS sales closer with consistent achievement and exceeding of sales quotas
  • • Demonstrated experience selling hotel technology solutions such as PMS, RMS, channel managers, CRS, booking engines, or related hospitality SaaS products
  • • Strong ability to guide prospects through structured trials, handle objections effectively, articulate value, and convert interest into commitment during evaluation periods
