- • As a Remote Sales & Revenue Manager for North America at RoomPriceGenie, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by converting hoteliers into long-term customers through a consultative sales approach that combines technical product knowledge with deep hospitality industry insight. This role is critical to expanding the company’s footprint in a key market and ensuring clients achieve measurable revenue improvements through optimized pricing strategies.
- • You will own the full sales lifecycle — from initial lead engagement and product demonstrations to guiding prospects through free trials and securing paid subscriptions — acting as the trusted advisor who helps hoteliers navigate pricing complexity and see tangible value in RoomPriceGenie’s AI-powered solution.
- • Day-to-day, you will conduct compelling sales conversations that create urgency, demonstrate ROI, and convert trials into paying customers by aligning the product’s capabilities with each hotelier’s unique revenue challenges and market dynamics.
- • You will proactively build and grow your industry network, sourcing new opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and event participation, while maintaining a healthy pipeline that complements inbound leads to ensure consistent quota attainment.
- • You will maintain a tight feedback loop with customers post-sale, gathering insights on pricing challenges, feature requests, and usage patterns to inform product development and ensure the solution evolves to meet real-world hotelier needs.
- • Leveraging your expertise in revenue management and hospitality tech, you will position RoomPriceGenie not just as a tool, but as a strategic partner in profitability — educating clients on dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and competitive positioning to maximize their ADR and RevPAR.
- • You will collaborate closely with commercial, product, and tech teams to refine sales playbooks, improve demo effectiveness, and contribute to go-to-market strategies, bringing a structured, data-informed mindset to a fast-paced startup environment.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen your expertise in SaaS sales within the hospitality vertical, and gain exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven pricing technology — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in hotel revenue optimization.

🎯 Requirements
- • C2-level English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage hoteliers across North America.
- • Proven experience in revenue management, hospitality technology sales, or a related SaaS role, with a demonstrated understanding of hoteliers’ operational and pricing challenges.
- • Eligibility to live and work in the United States, with the ability to operate independently in a remote-first environment.
- • Strong consultative sales skills, including the ability to build trust, uncover needs, deliver tailored demos, and guide prospects through trial-to-paid conversion.
- • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for technology, innovation, and solving complex problems in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- • Ideally, a degree in business, hospitality, or a related field, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
