- • As a Remote Service Desk Support Analyst at CDW Corporation, you will be part of the Modern Workspace Managed Services team, playing a vital role in delivering best-in-class Service Desk experiences to clients across Canada. This role is essential to ensuring seamless technology support for end users, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational continuity.
- • Day to day, you will deliver friendly, high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat; troubleshoot technical issues involving computers, networks, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, smartphones/tablets, and enterprise applications; provide specialized support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID); document all incidents and solutions in ServiceNow; contribute to knowledge base articles; participate in process improvement initiatives; and build strong relationships with customers while maintaining a collaborative team attitude.
