- • The Remote Special Process Auditor at KBR Inc. supports the Nadcap certification compliance program across global locations, ensuring adherence to industry and customer requirements for special processes in aerospace manufacturing.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing audit strategies, maintaining Nadcap certification processes, providing SME leadership to the Special Process Network, participating in customer quality improvement plans, collaborating with engineering and PAC teams, performing risk analysis, using project management tools, and mentoring sites on QMS procedures.
- • KBR is a global engineering, procurement, and construction company committed to a People First culture, Zero Harm safety standards, and delivering innovative solutions for government and commercial clients, with a strong focus on aerospace and defense programs.
- • In this role, the auditor will deepen expertise in Nadcap and AS9100 standards, lead cross-functional quality initiatives, influence global compliance strategies, and grow as a trusted advisor in special process auditing within a major aerospace supply chain.
🎯 Requirements
- • U.S. citizenship
- • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or Technical discipline
- • 10+ years’ experience in a quality-related function within an Aerospace production environment
- • Extensive knowledge of the AS9100 series of industry standards
- • Knowledge of NADCAP Special Processes
- • Direct experience with all elements of Honeywell’s Quality Management Systems and certifications
- • 5 years minimum Lead Auditor experience
- • Willingness to travel up to 75%
