- • Provide live and non-live technical support for Cengage digital solutions used in educational environments, troubleshooting issues related to operating systems, browsers, plug-ins, and internet connectivity.
- • Use administrative tools to analyze and resolve customer-reported technical problems, identify software issues requiring development intervention, and escalate appropriately.
- • Document all customer interactions accurately in a ticketing system and deliver clear written and verbal guidance to customers and partners.
- • Work remotely Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with company-provided equipment and a requirement for a quiet, dedicated workspace and high-speed internet.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school graduate or equivalent.
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- • Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and Office suite; solid understanding of Apple operating systems highly preferred.
- • Understanding of major browsers and mobile devices, along with analytical and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- • Consistent keyboarding proficiency and commitment to maintaining up-to-date technical and product knowledge.
- • Punctuality, reliable attendance, willingness to adapt to change, and ability to build rapport with customers.
