📋 Description

• • The Remote Telehealth Outreach Coordinator supports patients and providers in Alignment Healthcare’s Virtual Care Center by managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling virtual appointments, and ensuring timely resolution of patient and staff issues.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include answering calls in the phone queue, collecting patient information for scheduling, screening patients for telehealth platform suitability, supporting referral and authorization processes, contacting medical offices for care coordination, completing outreach calls for specific patient groups, supporting new hire onboarding through training and shadowing, and participating in mandatory team meetings.
