Renewal Account Executive (Remote in US)

📋 Description

• • As a Renewal Account Executive within the Digital Shipping Solutions team, you will play a critical role in driving client retention and contributing directly to Pitney Bowes’ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals by managing, upgrading, and growing a portfolio of small and mid-sized business or multi-location accounts through proactive 40-60 daily outbound calls.
• • You will generate quotes, close activities, process order information, and present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone with existing clients while addressing objections by communicating program benefits, features, and the company’s value proposition.
• • You will navigate lease, rental, and renewal agreement requirements, plan and document sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, execute campaigns, build pipeline, and manage forecasting using Salesforce.
• • You will join the SendTech team, which offers physical and digital mailing and shipping technology solutions, financing, services, supplies, and other applications for SMBs, retail, enterprise, and government clients worldwide to simplify and save on sending, tracking, and receiving letters, parcels, and flats.
