  • • As a Renewal Inside Sales Executive for Government Accounts at Pitney Bowes, you will play a critical role in driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth by managing and expanding the company’s existing government client portfolio through strategic, consultative outbound sales efforts—directly contributing to business retention and long-term client satisfaction in a mission-driven organization that values integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • • You will generate, upgrade, and manage the portfolio of existing government business through outbound calling (no cold calling), adapt to dynamic client needs using proven sales techniques, partner with decision-makers to propose tailored solutions, overcome objections by articulating program benefits and value propositions, collaborate with internal teams to resolve client escalations, identify performance improvement opportunities, and consistently focus on enhancing the overall client experience through proactive, solution-oriented engagement.
  • • You will join the SendTech Solutions Digital Shipping team, a global provider of physical and digital mailing and shipping technology, financing, services, and supplies for SMBs, retail, enterprise, and government clients—operating within a culture built on the pillars of Client, Team, Win, and Innovate, where diverse perspectives are valued and employees are empowered to contribute to organizational transformation.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative sales skills specific to government and public sector accounts, gain deep expertise in Pitney Bowes’ shipping and mailing technology suite, master CRM-driven sales forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce, and build a track record of retention and expansion that positions you for career growth into senior sales, account management, or team leadership roles within a Fortune 500 company committed to employee development and inclusive advancement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 1 year of experience executing outbound client calls to consult, assess needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • • Proven ability to overcome objections effectively and close sales through consultative, solution-based selling techniques.
  • • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to plan and document sales activities, update customer information, manage campaigns, develop accounts, build pipelines, and forecast sales accurately.
  • • Experience working with Government, Non-Government Organizations (NGO), or Non-Profit accounts is preferred but not mandatory.
  • • Must have a secure, quiet, distraction-free home workspace to protect client data and maintain productivity while working remotely.
  • • Must possess reliable home technology with sufficient internet speed (verified via speedtest.net) and agree to ongoing connectivity checks as required for remote work performance.
