- • You will manage the full lifecycle of annual renewals and month-to-month subscriptions for SMB customers, ensuring timely, empathetic, and value-aligned contract conversations that strengthen customer loyalty and reduce churn in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

- • Ability to work collaboratively across functions (Sales, Customer Success, etc.) and adapt quickly to dynamic situations while maintaining ownership of outcomes.
- • Comfort working remotely full-time with self-discipline, autonomy, and accountability, thriving in a culture that values transparency and proactive problem-solving.
- • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and contract lifecycle processes; experience with order form generation and subscription management is a plus.
🏖️ Benefits

- • Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget to support a productive remote workspace, plus a $100/month education budget for learning and development.
- • Opportunity to work with a talented, mission-driven team at a fast-growing, well-funded startup backed by Y Combinator and serving elite customers like Snowflake, OpenAI, and Shopify.
