  • • The Renewal Specialist is responsible for managing and driving customer renewals through proactive engagement, strategic prioritization, and close collaboration with sales representatives and internal teams. This role ensures customer happiness, minimizes churn, and supports revenue growth by efficiently managing renewal opportunities and identifying expansion opportunities across the product portfolio.
  • • Day to day, the Renewal Specialist will own and manage a renewal pipeline using CRM dashboards, maintain detailed and timely notes on all customer interactions, complete renewal strategies by working opportunities through defined stages, manage a high-volume inbox with a 24-hour response-time goal, proactively prioritize high-value renewals, conduct monthly sessions with sales reps to assess renewal progress, collaborate with sales and internal teams, attend bi-weekly regional meetings, develop product knowledge for expansion opportunities, and accurately log all customer activity in CRM for reporting and forecasting.
