• • As a Renewal Success Manager at DeepL, you will be the commercial architect managing the most critical phase of the customer lifecycle, ensuring that the value realized by customers translates into long-term commercial commitment. This role is pivotal in securing renewals for complex enterprise engagements and driving sustainable revenue growth.
• • You will strategically lead the renewals process for critical and complex customer engagements, aligning customer health and usage with pricing models and growth-oriented contracts. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing multi-year agreements, navigating procurement processes with legal and finance teams, partnering with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, maintaining forecast accuracy, and collaborating with Global Systems Integrators to align renewal strategies with customers’ digital transformation goals.
