  • • As a Renewal Account Manager at Flexera Software LLC, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding and growing our recurring revenue streams, playing a pivotal role in the company's sustained success and ambitious growth trajectory.
  • • You will own, drive, and meticulously lead the entire renewals process, working in close collaboration with dedicated account teams to ensure the preservation and enhancement of customer contracts and vital relationships.
  • • Your primary objective will be to proactively engage with key decision-makers within our client base, gaining a deep understanding of their evolving requirements and adeptly identifying and removing any potential roadblocks that could impede on-time contract renewals.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will involve maintaining and reporting an accurate, rolling 90-day forecast of all renewals within your assigned territory, providing essential visibility for strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • • You will be responsible for skillfully negotiating and executing renewal contracts, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and align perfectly with both the strategic goals of Flexera and the ongoing needs of our valued customers.
  • • Beyond simply renewing existing contracts, you will be empowered to discover and identify significant upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle, actively contributing to maximizing customer lifetime value and overall account growth.
  • • Developing and implementing innovative strategies for renewal engagement will be key to maximizing revenue retention and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
