📋 Description

• The Renewals Manager leads the subscription renewals process for OSV, ensuring customer renewals are timely and accurate, with a high success rate.
• The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a creative, analytical mind, and can manage multiple renewals simultaneously.
• This role requires collaboration across organizations, to define and execute renewals, with a focus on quarterly results.
• The Renewals Manager will track details of the renewal process for analysis, planning, and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success with renewals oversight in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding retention targets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
