📋 Description

• • As a Renewals Manager for the US Mid-Market team at Samsara, you will lead a team of Renewal Account Executives responsible for driving retention across Samsara’s Mid-Market customer base, directly impacting revenue stability and long-term customer success in a high-growth IoT and operations technology company.
• • Day to day, you will coach and lead Renewal Account Executives to exceed renewal and retention targets, drive accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal on renewal strategy, support high-value negotiations, implement inspection frameworks to improve win rates, analyze renewal data for systemic risk and improvement, hire and develop an inclusive high-performing team, and embody Samsara’s cultural principles.
