📋 Description

• As Renewals Senior Manager at Fieldguide Inc., you will own the full renewal lifecycle for all customer accounts, driving retention and expansion in a fast-growing AI-native SaaS company serving top accounting and advisory firms.
• You will manage outreach, risk triage, negotiation, and contract execution while maintaining a 90-120 day renewal forecast, leading commercial negotiations at the executive level, and driving price increases, multi-year deals, and expansion identification.
• You will build the renewals function from scratch by creating playbooks, designing tiered engagement models, establishing KPI frameworks tied to leading indicators like MAU/WAU, and implementing AI-assisted workflows for health scoring and churn prediction.
• You will drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with CS, Product, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk teams to surface customer signals, influence retention strategy, and ensure renewal risk is represented in exec-level revenue conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in SaaS renewals, customer success, or commercial account management with a track record of hitting GRR/NRR targets
• Experience building a renewals function or motion from scratch, including creating playbooks and negotiation frameworks
• Strong commercial negotiation skills, comfortable leading high-stakes conversations at CFO or executive level
• Analytical fluency: ability to build renewal forecasts, segment risk, and present cohort-level retention performance to leadership
• CRM proficiency; HubSpot strongly preferred, Salesforce acceptable
• Effective cross-functional operator who builds credibility through rigor and follow-through, able to influence Sales, Finance, and Legal without direct authority
