- • As a Renewals Specialist at CrowdStrike, you will play a critical role in protecting and growing the company’s annual recurring revenue by ensuring timely, accurate, and strategic contract renewals for enterprise customers.
- • You will partner with Corporate Account Managers, Channel Partners, and internal teams to analyze renewal histories, build accurate proposals, manage complex quoting scenarios, and drive expansion and upsell opportunities while mitigating churn risk.
- • CrowdStrike is a global cybersecurity leader known for its AI-native platform, mission-driven culture, and commitment to innovation, offering a fully remote role where you can own your career while contributing to stopping breaches worldwide.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS renewals, Salesforce CPQ, financial validation, and strategic account management, positioning yourself for growth in revenue operations, sales enablement, or customer success leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success
- • Proficient with MS Excel including advanced formulas, large data sets, connectors, and pivot tables
- • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick), including report building and opportunity/contract management
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
