• • The Bilingual Customer Support Representative serves as the central point of contact for patient support programs, handling inbound and outbound communications for healthcare professionals and patients in a call center environment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing clinical support via phone, email, and web platforms; managing patient adherence and compliance; processing adverse event reports within 24 hours; coordinating reimbursement navigation and administrative services; and acting as an internal reviewer for exceptional patient assistance cases.
