  • As a Sales Representative for Abbott Laboratories in Ciudad Juárez, you will be instrumental in driving sales outcomes by expertly promoting medical products and implementing strategic business initiatives. This role is a critical part of the Established Products Pharmaceutical Division, dedicated to expanding access to Abbott's trusted and high-quality medications in rapidly growing markets.
  • You will be responsible for executing company-defined strategies to achieve sales objectives. This involves effectively promoting a diverse portfolio of branded generic medications across various therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolics, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory conditions.
  • A key aspect of your role will be to maximize the potential of your assigned territory. This requires a strategic approach to targeting healthcare professionals, utilizing available audit reports to identify key prescribers and institutions. Your work will extend to hospitals, birthing centers, pharmacies, self-service stores, price clubs, and medical congresses, as well as active participation in medical associations.
  • You will play a vital role in market expansion by identifying and capturing new patient opportunities, particularly through in-hospital engagement and relationship building.
  • Success in this position hinges on your ability to apply advanced selling skills. This includes adeptly identifying physician communication styles and understanding their specific needs to deliver clear, compelling product messages and secure prescription commitments.
  • A strong analytical capability is essential. You will need to interpret market indicators and performance metrics to develop actionable plans that ensure consistent achievement of sales quotas.
  • Meticulous control and administration of medical sample distribution for professional evaluation are also a core responsibility, ensuring compliance and effective product promotion.
  • You will report directly to the District Manager, collaborating closely to align on territory strategies and performance.
