• • The Representative 3, Small & Medium Business Direct Sales - Retention role is critical to maintaining Comcast Business’s customer base by preventing voluntary and non-pay disconnects through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and value-based retention strategies.
• • Day to day, the representative will actively listen to and empathize with customers at risk of disconnecting, resolve service and billing issues, negotiate contract renewals, recommend tailored product bundles, and initiate outreach during high-risk periods such as pre-contract expiration or after multiple service calls.
