📋 Description
- • Lead end-to-end employee experience (EX) research initiatives across the employee lifecycle using surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other methodologies
- • Design and execute research strategies including methodology selection, data collection, analysis, and storytelling to inform leadership decisions
- • Manage a dynamic portfolio of both strategic initiatives and ongoing evergreen employee experience programs
- • Transform complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence organizational strategy and employee journey improvements
- • Partner closely with HR, employee experience teams, and business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to socialize research insights and drive organizational adoption
- • Collaborate with external vendors and research partners to enhance research capabilities and outcomes
- • Ensure strict adherence to data integrity, confidentiality, and ethical research practices in all activities
- • Administer and analyze surveys using Qualtrics and other data collection tools
- • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools to visualize findings and communicate results effectively
- • Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced nonprofit environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to align research objectives with business priorities
- • Translate technical data into compelling narratives tailored for diverse audiences, including senior leadership and non-analytical teams
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of employee experience research frameworks and processes
- • Support the development and implementation of organizational strategies grounded in employee feedback and behavioral insights
- • Maintain compliance with all data privacy and ethical research standards applicable to HR and employee data
- • Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on improving the employee journey at every stage of employment
