- • As a Research Specialist II at ZoomInfo, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and quality of the company’s industry-leading sales intelligence platform by researching, verifying, and updating business data.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include researching information through online resources, reviewing and verifying data from technology-generated sources, writing concise summaries, ensuring accurate data entry into a proprietary web-based portal, and maintaining detailed documentation of sources and findings.
- • You will be part of a dynamic data research team reporting to a Team Leader - Data Research, operating within ZoomInfo’s fast-paced, innovation-driven culture that values accountability, teamwork, and results.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in data verification, corporate research, and data integrity processes while contributing to a platform used by over 35,000 companies globally to power smarter go-to-market strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 to 4 years of previous organic research experience
- • Excellent computer and research skills
- • Good understanding of corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, and parent-subsidiary relationships
- • Ability to establish priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- • Experience with G Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets) is a plus
- • Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy while managing changing workloads
