📋 Description
- • Deliver select training and education to end-user caregivers across Cleveland Clinic, focusing on research systems including Advarra and Huron Research Suite, targeting both research and finance personnel.
- • Conduct effective training sessions using diverse methodologies—individual, small group, and large group instruction—ensuring engagement and knowledge retention across varied learning styles.
- • Design, develop, edit, and maintain eLearning courses, instructor-led materials, and blended learning content that are current, accurate, and fully HIPAA compliant.
- • Perform assessments of trainee skills, abilities, and learning outcomes to measure progress against established performance goals and training objectives.
- • Develop and administer competency-based and performance-based assessments to evaluate trainee proficiency and readiness for system use.
- • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on at least five Cleveland Clinic subject areas including patient occupancy, patient experience, room utilization, outpatient access, and physician productivity.
- • Analyze system, business, and process changes to determine their impact on existing training materials and update content accordingly.
- • Document training outcomes, track issues, and report findings to support continuous improvement of training programs.
- • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to Training Specialist I staff to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
- • Assist in the development and maintenance of department-wide standards, templates, and best practices for all training materials and documentation.
- • Create and manage enterprise-wide training curriculum aligned with organizational goals and system-wide implementation timelines.
- • Deliver initial onboarding training and ongoing refresher sessions for new and existing caregivers.
- • Update training documentation for every system release to ensure accuracy and compliance with current workflows.
- • Support organizational change management initiatives by aligning training strategies with system transitions and operational updates.
- • Travel to Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus and other facilities as needed to conduct in-person training, presentations, and support activities.
- • Operate standard office equipment including computers and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for training material development and delivery.
- • Maintain a professional, high-integrity work ethic while modeling ethical conduct and strong work standards in all training interactions.
- • Work remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to attend on-site sessions at Cleveland Clinic locations as required.
- • Follow all standard precautions and use personal protective equipment as mandated by Cleveland Clinic policies.
- • Perform work in a stationary position for extended periods and handle stress in a fast-paced, high-demand healthcare environment.
