• • As the Global Football Resource Allocations Specialist at Hawkeye Innovations Limited, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating the strategic deployment of our most valuable asset: our people. Reporting directly to the Global Football Resource Allocations Manager (GFRAM), you will be instrumental in managing the distribution of Full-time Employees (FTEs), casual workers (CWs), and consultants/freelancers, directly impacting the successful delivery of services to elite clients such as FIFA, UEFA, and major domestic and international football leagues across Europe, North and South America, and Asia.
• • Your primary mission will be to act as the architect of resource distribution, serving as the key point of contact for high-profile internal clients. This involves a delicate balancing act between complex scheduling demands, meticulous financial accuracy, efficient working hours management, and overall allocation efficiency. You will be empowered to drive innovation in how we track, deploy, and manage our global resource pool, ensuring we maintain our position as a leader in sports technology and services.
• • **Strategic Resource Allocation & Client Relations:**
• • **Stakeholder Liaison:** You will be the central point of contact for internal clients, managing their needs for both long-term resource forecasting and critical, high-pressure match-day allocations. This requires building strong relationships and understanding the unique demands of each client and event.
• • **Workforce Planning:** You will lead the forecasting of global personnel needs, proactively identifying potential talent gaps and strategically scaling our resource pool to meet the significant peaks in demand that characterize international competitions and league schedules.
• • **Systems Implementation & Administration:** You will act as an Expert "Float" user, playing a crucial role in the implementation, ongoing optimization, and daily administration of our resource management platform. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring this system serves as a "single source of truth" for all scheduling and allocation data, enhancing accuracy and accessibility.
• • **Talent Management & Integration:**
• • **Resource Oversight:** You will manage the end-to-end scheduling process for a diverse global pool of technical and non-technical workers. This includes ensuring that specialized skill sets are meticulously mapped to specific project requirements, guaranteeing optimal performance and client satisfaction.
• • **Hiring Collaboration:** You will partner closely with the broader Global Football Resource Allocations team, the Global Training & Standards team, and CRP Area Managers. Your collaboration will be essential in facilitating the efficient hiring and onboarding of consultants and CWs, ensuring strict adherence to global compliance and quality standards.
• • **Network Engagement & Support:** You will foster a high-retention culture by proactively resolving allocation queries, expertly managing escalations, and maintaining clear, consistent communication channels with all allocated personnel. Your role is key to ensuring our workforce feels supported and valued.
• • **Knowledge Management:** You will contribute to standardizing best practices and establishing robust feedback loops. This continuous refinement process will be critical for improving future recruitment, training, and deployment cycles, driving operational excellence.
• • **Financial Oversight & Operational Support:**
• • **Internal Recharge Management:** You will support the GFRAM in managing internal recharge processes, ensuring that all costs associated with resource allocation are accurately captured and allocated to the correct projects and clients, maintaining financial integrity.
• • **Financial Approvals:** You will streamline and oversee the approval process for consultant and casual worker invoices and timesheets. This ensures timely payments to our valued contractors while strictly adhering to project budgets and financial guidelines.
• • **Performance Tracking:** In collaboration with the Training & Standards team, you will help ensure that the quality of service delivery remains consistently high across all allocated resources, regardless of their employment status.
• • **Innovation & Process Improvement:**
