- • Join The Coca-Cola Company's Advanced Hydration team as a Retail Execution Specialist to drive sales growth and brand presence in-store through merchandising, display management, and customer engagement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing sales programs, installing and maintaining creative displays, gathering customer insights, managing territory accounts, utilizing technology for reporting, and collaborating with field teams to optimize product placement and minimize out-of-stocks.
- • Become a brand ambassador for Advanced Hydration, interacting with store personnel and consumers to deliver product knowledge and ensure a positive brand experience while driving disruption in the competitive CPG landscape.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in retail execution, sales strategy, merchandising, and customer insights within a global leader in beverages, with potential for growth in sales, marketing, or field operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with 0-2 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service encouraged to apply
- • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the New Haven, CT area at own expense
- • Strong selling skills with ability to influence store personnel using fact-based data, problem solving, and creative thinking
- • Self-motivated, able to work independently across a large territory, multitask across numerous stores, and manage time effectively
- • Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, and willingness to drive long distances as needed (76%-100% travel required)
- • Ability to lift 25-50 lbs with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling for display building and events
