  • • The Retail Operations Associate Team Lead II at Allstate plays a pivotal role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and functionality of retail facilities while leading and developing a team of operations associates. This role bridges technical facility management with people leadership, ensuring stores remain operational, compliant, and supportive environments for both employees and customers.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and escalating retail operations requests to meet performance expectations, driving operational efficiency through process improvements, and using data-driven decision making to interpret statistical and non-statistical data for leadership insights. The role involves collaborating in meetings to support new initiatives, ensuring regulatory readiness by preparing OSHA and Department of Labor documentation, and coordinating safety and emergency responses including after-hours incidents and evacuation planning.
  • • Additional daily duties include representing leadership in Retail Facilities meetings, executing special projects that advance departmental goals, contributing to construction and renovation planning for new or remodeled stores, and overseeing critical mechanical systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, UPS, and furniture maintenance across retail locations.
