- • As a Retail Sales Assistant at Dyson Limited in Tasmania, you will deliver exceptional retail experiences by demonstrating and explaining the innovative technology behind Dyson’s product range, including Floor Care, Environmental Control, Personal Care, and Professional categories, to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- • You will be responsible for achieving individual sales KPIs through hands-on product demonstrations, identifying customer needs, and matching them with the most suitable Dyson solutions, transforming casual shoppers into loyal brand advocates.
- • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising is essential, ensuring Dyson products are presented attractively and consistently within the retail partner store to maximize visibility and impact.
- • You will build and nurture strong relationships with store management and staff, collaborating effectively to support seamless operations and promote Dyson’s presence within the retail environment.
- • Working every Saturday and Sunday is a requirement, reflecting the weekend-focused nature of retail traffic, and you will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric mindset to each shift.
- • You will uphold Dyson’s commitment to 5-star service by providing personalized, in-depth consultations that educate customers on product benefits, ultimately improving their daily lives through innovative technology.

🎯 Requirements
- • Availability for permanent weekend work (every Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory
