• • Lead and manage a team of retail associates in Dyson retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer experiences aligned with Dyson’s brand standards and values.
• • Drive daily store operations including sales performance, inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• • Conduct regular team training sessions to maintain product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence across all Dyson technologies and innovations.
• • Monitor and analyze daily sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable strategies to increase conversion and customer satisfaction.
• • Ensure store presentation meets Dyson’s global visual standards, including product displays, cleanliness, and brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
• • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store events that drive foot traffic and brand engagement.
• • Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally, maintaining Dyson’s reputation for premium service and technical expertise.
• • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support team development and retention.
• • Uphold health, safety, and security protocols in the store environment, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Dyson’s internal standards.
• • Serve as the primary point of contact between store staff and regional management, communicating operational updates, team concerns, and customer insights accurately and timely.
• • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, returns, and loss prevention activities, working closely with logistics and supply chain teams to minimize discrepancies.
• • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture that reflects Dyson’s commitment to innovation, curiosity, and respect.
• • Represent Dyson at local community events and retail partnerships to strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty in the Nordrhein-Westfalen region.
• • Adapt to changing retail priorities, including seasonal demand fluctuations, new product introductions, and evolving customer expectations in the premium technology space.
• • Ensure all team members are fully trained on Dyson’s proprietary technology, including vacuum, air purifier, hair care, and lighting products, to deliver confident and informed customer advice.
• • Support the implementation of digital retail tools and in-store technology systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer interaction.
