• • The Retention Agent is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing players, ensuring long-term engagement and maximizing customer lifetime value in the fast-paced iGaming environment.
• • Day to day, the agent will proactively engage with players via chat, email, and phone, monitor player activity, deliver personalized offers, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with CRM, payments, and support teams to ensure seamless service.
