- • The Retirement Plan Consultant provides objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement savings plans, playing a key role in helping individuals take action in their financial lives through education and engagement.
- • Day to day, the consultant conducts individual and group presentations (in person or via video) on plan features, enrollment, age-based financial education, and financial literacy; participates in benefit fairs and new employee orientations; assists with annual plan reviews and targeted education campaigns; meets with participants to educate on plan participation; and may travel up to 25% of the time for new plan enrollments within their territory.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred; appropriate state insurance licenses required
- • Excellent presentation skills; bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
- • CFP, ChFC or similar financial planning designations desirable
