📋 Description

• • As a Sr Associate, Business Development & Liquidity - xStocks at Kraken, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the liquidity and partner ecosystem behind Kraken’s tokenized equities offering, bridging traditional finance and crypto to enable deep, reliable markets for xStocks across CeFi and DeFi.
• • Day to day, you will own and grow relationships with external market makers, source and onboard new liquidity providers across spot, perps, and RFQ-style venues, structure commercial terms and SLAs, monitor market quality metrics (spread, depth, fill rates), and collaborate with Trading, Product, and BD teams to drive liquidity strategy and support global expansion into Europe and Asia.
• • You will join the xStocks BD team at Kraken, a mission-driven, fully remote organization with team members in 70+ countries speaking over 50 languages, dedicated to accelerating global crypto adoption through industry-leading security, education, and client support.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in crypto and TradFi market making, gain experience scaling liquidity networks from early stage to scaled product, and contribute to the growth of a pioneering tokenized equities ecosystem while working at the forefront of financial innovation.
