- • Independently manage a minimum of 50 retirement services client accounts, ensuring high-touch, customized service delivery and proactive retention.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with primary client contacts, anticipating needs and addressing day-to-day inquiries to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- • Prepare for and lead regular client plan reviews, partnering with producers to define agendas and coordinate all required materials for meetings.
- • Take full ownership of client documentation accuracy and completeness, including meeting minutes, plan amendments, and compliance records, ensuring timely delivery.
- • Lead client presentations by understanding diverse buyer personas, adapting communication style to drive productive discussions and secure alignment.
- • Manage end-to-end client project plans, coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and client resources to execute retirement plan operations, amendments, and compliance tasks.
- • Exercise discretion in determining appropriate escalation protocols for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing risk.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver seamless client experiences across departments and teams.
- • Proactively identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and client outcomes.
- • Share best practices and collaborate with other Account Executives to elevate the overall client experience across the Retirement Services team.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retirement industry trends by working closely with vendors on service offerings, pricing, and capabilities.
- • Stay current on retirement plan laws, regulations, annual compliance testing, and Form 5500 filings through continuous learning and industry engagement.
- • Read industry publications and attend conferences to remain informed on evolving retirement plan design, fiduciary standards, and regulatory changes.
- • Demonstrate superior time management and organizational skills to navigate high-volume workloads, multiple priorities, and demanding client schedules.
- • Communicate complex retirement plan concepts clearly and simply to clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- • Utilize MS Office and productivity tools proficiently, while maintaining a tech-forward mindset to adopt and learn new systems that improve efficiency.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to pivot quickly in response to shifting priorities, deadlines, and client demands.
- • Foster trust with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders through integrity, confidentiality, and consistent, reliable service delivery.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in retirement services or employee benefits
- • Series 65 License (preferred or must be completed within 1 month of start date)
- • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to simplify complex retirement concepts
- • Strong project and task management skills with ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment
- • Proven experience managing 50+ client accounts with focus on retention and upsell
- • High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
