📋 Description
- • The Retirement Support Coordinator is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting Massachusetts Teachers Retirement System (MTRS) operations for charter school clients, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and timely resolution of retirement-related matters.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include importing and processing MTRS reports from ADP, running and distributing member not enrolled reports, clarifying pensionable earnings (such as stipends, bonuses, and extra pay), assisting clients with retirement form corrections and salary calculations, and managing 401(k) and 403(b) contribution tracking using internal systems.
