- • As a Revenue Accountant at Semperis, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP, directly supporting the company’s mission to be a Force for Good in cybersecurity.
- • You will participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, review customer and partner agreements for proper billing and ASC-606 revenue recognition, manage month-end close activities including revenue analytics and deferred revenue reconciliations, prepare ARR and other business reports, and contribute to process improvements and internal controls.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS revenue accounting, strengthen your technical and analytical skills, gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration with customer-facing teams and auditors, and develop leadership in financial process design and documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
- • 3+ years of experience at a Big 4 firm or 2+ years in a comparable role within a public company, high‑tech, or SaaS environment.
- • Extensive, hands-on expertise in revenue recognition under US GAAP (ASC 606).
- • Advanced Excel skills — must-have.
- • Experience with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Certinia — strong advantage.
- • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
