- • The Revenue Cycle Management Patient Services Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the financial health of Array Behavioral Care by ensuring accurate and timely processing of billing and insurance-related tasks, directly impacting patient access to care and provider reimbursement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and updating patient demographic and insurance data in KeyCare, refiling claims, researching denials, managing payer and patient correspondence, verifying refund batches, and responding to patient billing inquiries with empathy and compliance.
- • Array Behavioral Care is the nation’s leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, partnering with hospitals, health systems, and payors to expand access to quality behavioral health care through innovative telepsychiatry services across the care continuum.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare revenue cycle operations, gain hands-on experience with EMR systems like Athena and Mahler, strengthen your problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to compliant, efficient billing practices that support mental health care delivery.
