- • Revenue Cycle Project Manager at Rula Health, a remote-first mental healthcare company dedicated to treating the whole person and reducing stigma around mental health.
- • Own post-launch performance monitoring and optimization for revenue cycle and payer expansion initiatives; diagnose issues, improve workflows, and build scalable systems to strengthen collection performance.
- • Work cross-functionally in a fast-moving, scaling healthcare environment to combine strategic problem-solving with detailed operational execution as an individual contributor.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of diverse revenue cycle management experience including verification of benefits, insurance AR, and/or payment posting
- • 3+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting leading end-to-end transformation involving process, technology, and people
- • Proven ability to design and scale processes using tools such as Salesforce, AMD, payer portals (e.g., Availity) to drive optimization
- • Proficiency in Excel/GSheets including pivot tables, basic visualizations, VLOOKUPS to build, interpret, and act on complex datasets autonomously
- • Expertise applying structure, prioritization, and effective communication to solve current problems and predict future needs
