- • Own the entire lead lifecycle in Salesforce and HubSpot—design lead-scoring models, route hot prospects to sales in real time, and build automated workflows that turn raw data into revenue.
- • Architect and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns: segment audiences with SQL-like precision, craft responsive HTML emails, spin up conversion-optimized landing pages, and A/B-test every variable to lift CTR and SQLs.
- • Build and continuously refine nurture sequences that educate prospects on CeFi, DeFi, and Kaiko’s unique data products, ensuring each touchpoint is personalized, compliant, and timed to accelerate pipeline velocity.
- • Maintain bulletproof data hygiene across the MarTech stack—sync fields between HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and our internal APIs; dedupe, enrich, and validate records so that every report the C-suite sees is trustworthy.
- • Create self-service dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot that surface campaign ROI, funnel conversion rates, and attribution insights; train marketers and sales reps to leverage these insights for faster, data-driven decisions.
- • Partner daily with Sales, Product, and Research teams to translate market feedback into operational improvements—whether that means adding a new lead source, tweaking an ICP, or launching a campaign for a freshly released index.
- • Ensure global regulatory compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) by managing subscription centers, consent logs, and automated preference pages; conduct quarterly audits and keep documentation ready for any regulatory inquiry.
- • Monitor email deliverability, domain reputation, and system uptime; troubleshoot DNS, DKIM, and SPF issues with IT and external vendors to keep our sender score above 98 %.
- • Experiment with emerging channels—Web3 push notifications, wallet-based messaging, or on-chain event triggers—and document playbooks so Kaiko stays ahead of fintech marketing trends.
- • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence: write concise specs, maintain a change-log, and run post-mortems so every campaign is better than the last.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years hands-on experience configuring and administering Salesforce and HubSpot (workflows, custom objects, lead-scoring, reporting).
- • Proven ability to write clean, responsive HTML/CSS for email and landing pages; familiarity with Litmus or Email on Acid for QA.
- • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable writing SQL or SOQL queries to segment audiences and build attribution models.
- • Deep knowledge of global data-privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) and experience implementing compliant subscription management.
- • Nice-to-have: exposure to crypto/DeFi concepts and APIs; experience with Outreach, Marketo, Pardot, or similar MAPs.
