  • • As a Revenue Enablement Manager at Rox Data Corp., you will drive transformational change in how a global sales organization operates by leveraging AI to eliminate process friction and accelerate revenue outcomes—this role sits at the strategic intersection of GTM execution, AI innovation, and frontline seller empowerment, directly impacting pipeline velocity and team performance.
  • • You will partner with GTM leadership to design and scale a world-class onboarding program that ramps new sellers quickly and effectively, ensuring they are productive from day one through structured, repeatable, and measurable enablement initiatives.
  • • You will coordinate and facilitate a consistent cadence of enablement sessions—including skills development, deal reviews, competitive deep-dives, and motion-specific training—to keep the sales team sharp, aligned, and continuously improving in a fast-moving enterprise environment.
  • • You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to build and maintain a competitive intelligence practice that delivers actionable, field-ready briefings, enabling sellers to differentiate Rox effectively against competitors in complex deals.
  • • You will help translate high-value GTM motions into scalable, executable sales plays by working closely with leadership to codify best practices, embed them into workflows, and ensure adoption across distributed teams.
  • • You will identify process bottlenecks in the sales lifecycle—from prospecting to close—and design targeted solutions using AI-driven tooling, skills-based training, or process redesign, measuring success by impact on pipeline and win rates rather than output volume.
  • • You will actively apply AI tools—including Rox’s own platform—to automate workflows, accelerate research, enhance coaching, and reimagine daily sales operations, demonstrating a builder’s mindset by prototyping solutions without waiting for direction.
  • • You will operate with credibility across all levels, engaging frontline sellers to understand real-world challenges while advising senior leadership on enablement strategy, ensuring alignment between field needs and organizational goals.
  • • You will thrive in Rox’s early-stage, high-ownership culture where ambiguity is the norm, and you are expected to write your own playbook, take initiative, and drive outcomes through experimentation and iteration.
  • • You will gain deep expertise in applying AI to enterprise sales at the forefront of innovation, working with Global 2000 clients and AI-native companies like Ramp and Cognition, positioning yourself as a leader in the emerging revenue enablement space.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Product Marketing with direct, hands-on experience working alongside sellers in the field—not just supporting them from a distance.
  • • Proven ability to apply AI tools to real GTM problems, such as automating workflows, accelerating research, improving coaching, or redesigning sales processes—demonstrated through tangible prototypes, workflows, or implementations.
  • • Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies including MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or equivalent, with experience applying them in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • • Proficiency with core GTM stack tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Seismic, Highspot, or similar platforms, understanding both their strengths and limitations in real-world use.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across audiences—from frontline sellers to C-suite leaders—in a distributed, global organization.
  • • Demonstrated comfort and success in ambiguous, early-stage environments where you initiate projects, solve problems without clear direction, and iterate rapidly based on feedback and results.
