📋 Description

• Analyze revenue streams and operational metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth within Nextech AR Solutions Corp.'s specialty healthcare technology business model.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer success teams to align pricing, contracting, and billing processes with revenue goals and compliance standards.
• Maintain and enhance revenue-related data systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across CRM, ERP, and billing platforms.
• Develop and automate reporting dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key revenue KPIs including ARR, MRR, churn, and customer lifetime value.
• Support the implementation of revenue recognition policies in accordance with ASC 606 and other applicable accounting standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize contract terms and pricing structures to reduce revenue leakage and improve forecast accuracy.
• Conduct root cause analysis on revenue variances and present actionable insights to leadership with clear recommendations for process improvements.
• Monitor and optimize the quote-to-cash cycle by identifying bottlenecks in order entry, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition workflows.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts and reconciliations with financial reporting teams.
• Ensure all revenue operations activities comply with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue data, providing training and guidance to non-finance teams on revenue-related systems and processes.
• Support the evaluation and onboarding of new revenue technology tools to enhance automation, scalability, and reporting capabilities.
• Document and update standard operating procedures for all revenue operations functions to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to review customer contracts for revenue implications and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Track and report on sales incentive compensation plans to ensure accurate and timely payouts aligned with revenue performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation, scripting, or system integrations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Nextech’s healthcare technology product offerings and how they impact revenue modeling and customer billing structures.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in revenue operations, finance operations, or a similar role within a technology or SaaS company
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP/billing platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Zuora)
• Solid understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and compliance requirements
• Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Excel
• Experience automating workflows and building dashboards to track revenue KPIs
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and translate them into revenue accounting implications
