📋 Description

• Revenue Operations Associate at dLocal Limited, a global payments processor enabling major companies to collect payments in 40 emerging markets, where you will support revenue growth by optimizing sales processes, improving data accuracy, and enhancing cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Day to day, you will analyze sales performance data, maintain CRM hygiene, generate reports on pipeline and forecasting, support quote-to-cash processes, collaborate with finance and sales operations to improve deal velocity, and assist in implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• You will join a diverse, high-performing global team of over 1,000 teammates from 30+ nationalities, working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where employees are encouraged to take ownership, solve complex problems, and contribute to scaling payment solutions for emerging markets.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in revenue operations, sales analytics, CRM systems (such as Salesforce), and Go-to-Market strategy, while gaining exposure to international business operations and contributing directly to revenue predictability and scalability across dLocal’s global footprint.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analysis, or a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across sales, finance, and marketing teams
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes, forecasting, or pipeline management is a plus
