Full Job Description
š Description
- ⢠The Revenue Operations Intern at Allspice Inc. plays a critical role in scaling the companyās go-to-market (GTM) engine by bridging sales, marketing, and customer success through data-driven insights, automation, and AI-powered tooling. As Allspice enters a high-growth phase following its Series A funding, this internship offers direct exposure to how a fast-moving hardware-tech startup optimizes revenue processes ā making the role pivotal in shaping scalable systems that support enterprise sales cycles and global engineering teams.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and piloting AI-powered GTM tools such as AI SDRs, call intelligence platforms, and automated sequencing software to assess their fit for Allspiceās sales workflow; designing and implementing workflow automations using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n to connect HubSpot, Slack, outbound tools, and enrichment services, thereby reducing manual effort and increasing team efficiency; building and maintaining dynamic dashboards in tools like Google Data Studio or Metabase to visualize key revenue metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, rep activity, and outbound performance; supporting pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting by ensuring data accuracy in HubSpot, identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel, and proposing process improvements; and contributing to broader GTM initiatives such as campaign launches, sales enablement projects, or customer onboarding workflows, with flexibility to tailor projects based on individual interests in AI, analytics, or automation.
- ⢠The intern will join a lean, high-impact GTM team at Allspice, a Series A-backed startup revolutionizing hardware engineering collaboration by applying software development principles and AI to the electronics design lifecycle. Backed by notable investors and recognized in TechCrunch as āthe GitHub for electrical engineering teams,ā Allspice operates at the intersection of deep tech and modern sales, offering interns a rare chance to work in a technical B2B SaaS environment where engineering rigor meets go-to-market innovation. The team values curiosity, ownership, and experimentation ā ideal for someone eager to learn how revenue operations function in a fast-scaling, product-led startup.
- ⢠Through this role, the intern will develop tangible skills in revenue operations analytics, AI tool evaluation, no-code/low-code automation, and SaaS tech stack management ā all highly transferable to careers in sales operations, business systems, or product analytics. They will gain hands-on experience with CRM platforms (especially HubSpot), data visualization, and process documentation while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, and customer success. By the end of the internship, the intern will have owned end-to-end projects that directly influenced team productivity and pipeline visibility, built a portfolio of automation and dashboard work, and gained insight into how early-stage startups scale their GTM functions with intelligence and agility.
