As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and scalability across our Sales and Customer Success functions, ensuring seamless operations from initial lead engagement through to long-term customer retention.
  • • At the core of this role is the responsibility to optimize and automate our revenue tech stack, with a particular focus on HubSpot. You will serve as the primary HubSpot Administrator, meticulously managing its day-to-day configuration, ensuring its overall system health, and overseeing its integration across CRM, Sales Hub, and Service Hub functionalities. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, building, and maintaining sophisticated automation workflows. These workflows will streamline critical processes such as lead routing, sales sequence execution, customer handoff procedures, and the implementation of operational alerts, thereby minimizing manual intervention and maximizing team productivity.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data. You will manage integration points between HubSpot and other vital platforms like Mixpanel and Iterable, guaranteeing a unified and reliable data ecosystem. This commitment to data quality is paramount for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • • Beyond system administration, you will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to define, document, implement, and enforce standardized operational policies and procedures. This collaborative approach ensures consistency and efficiency across the revenue teams. You will provide direct operational support, proactively troubleshoot system issues, and conduct training sessions for users, empowering them with best practices for utilizing our tech stack effectively. Your role will also involve defining key customer journey milestones and developing the operational components for essential playbooks, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Health Scores, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • • Data management and reporting are central to driving performance. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and consistency across all revenue systems, acting as the guardian of our valuable customer and sales data. Leveraging HubSpot's reporting capabilities, you will build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs). These will include critical metrics such as sales cycle efficiency, win rates, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR), providing leadership with actionable insights.
  • • Your analytical prowess will be key in generating data-driven insights that help leadership identify operational bottlenecks and uncover opportunities for continuous process improvement. By translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations, you will directly influence strategic decisions and contribute to the company's growth trajectory.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by tangible outcomes: a demonstrable reduction in manual work for Sales and Customer Success teams through your automation initiatives, the establishment of reliable and accurate data across the revenue tech stack to support strategic decision-making, and the maintenance of a highly adopted and well-functioning HubSpot instance.
