- • As a Revenue Operations Manager at Vapi Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s revenue engine by bridging strategy and execution across pricing, GTM engineering, process management, enablement, and analytics in a high-growth AI infrastructure environment.
- • Day to day, you will drive pricing strategy improvements, build and maintain GTM systems and automations (including Salesforce and workflow automation), design end-to-end revenue processes, enable GTM teams with training and playbooks, and develop analytics dashboards to improve pipeline visibility and decision-making.
- • Vapi is a fast-growing Voice AI platform trusted by 1 million developers and enterprise customers like Amazon Ring, Intuit, and ServiceTitan, backed by top-tier investors including Peak XV, Bessemer, and Kleiner Perkins, with $72M in total funding.
- • In this role, you will develop broad expertise in revenue operations with the opportunity to specialize in at least one function, gaining end-to-end ownership of GTM processes while contributing to a company building the human interface for every business.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B tech company
- • Background or strong interest in developer tools, API platforms, or AI infrastructure
- • Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive narratives
- • Builder mindset: thrives in 'zero-to-one' environments and enjoys creating durable processes from scratch
