Revenue Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • Manage revenue recognition processes across a portfolio of products, clients, and services to ensure accurate financial reporting
• • Conduct detailed report and trend analysis on revenue performance for assigned clients and services
• • Set up client projects by analyzing contracts and aligning billing terms with commercial agreements
• • Document and maintain standardized process guides for revenue operations workflows
• • Collaborate with the finance team to determine and apply applicable IFRS revenue recognition standards, including developing training materials
• • Support internal and external audits by identifying risk areas in revenue processes and assisting with remediation
• • Identify revenue engagements that deviate from Jellyfish’s commercial framework and recommend corrective actions
• • Assist the General Ledger team with month-end revenue and net revenue reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• • Support the Accounts Payable team with cost-of-sale reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of expenses tied to revenue
• • Work with Accounts Receivable to reconcile client accounts, ensuring billing and revenue data align with contract payment milestones
• • Provide monthly revenue and net revenue reporting support to the FP&A team
• • Offer guidance to non-finance teams on revenue-related policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• • Contribute to the continuous improvement of revenue operations systems and processes
• • Ensure all revenue activities comply with internal controls and accounting standards
• • Maintain accurate documentation for all revenue-related transactions and process changes
• • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to resolve revenue recognition and billing issues
• • Apply data and market insights to inform revenue forecasting and operational decisions
• • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet strict month-end and financial reporting deadlines
• • Maintain advanced proficiency in English for all written and verbal communications
• • Support the Regional Controller in executing the vision and objectives of the revenue operations team
