- • The Revenue Operations Manager will build systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure to support go-to-market teams, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and reliable revenue forecasts for leadership decision-making.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring Salesforce, managing the revenue tech stack, leading tool evaluations and integrations, running weekly pipeline reviews and bi-weekly forecast submissions, building forecasting models, developing reporting infrastructure, creating sales enablement materials, implementing scalable sales processes, owning data management practices, and driving CRM adoption across commercial teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelors degree
- • 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related commercial operations function
- • Deep, hands-on execution experience in building processes, owning systems, and producing reporting end-to-end
- • Exceptional expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting, with professional certifications highly desirable
- • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- • Strong analytical background with emphasis on revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis
- • Ability to build and maintain bottom-up and top-down forecasting models and track forecast accuracy improvement
- • Solid understanding of revenue metrics including APV, NRR, churn, pipeline conversion rate, utilization, LTV, and CAC
- • Proven ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and driving organizational change
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- • Experience with marketing automation or sales enablement tools is a plus
- • Experience with HubSpot administration is a plus
