- • Revenue Operations (RevOps) is the analytical engine of the go-to-market (GTM) team at Cogent Security, where every decision is rooted in data to diagnose funnel breakdowns, redesign processes, and drive outcomes in partnership with sales leadership.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include pipeline hygiene, forecasting and revenue planning, sales process and enablement, and special projects such as partner strategy and building business cases for new GTM motions, all while serving as the right hand to the Head of Growth.
- • Cogent Security is an early-stage AI startup redefining vulnerability management with an AI-native platform, backed by top-tier investors and building a differentiated GTM engine powered by an in-house AI operating system that handles revenue marketing, sales ops, field logistics, and pipeline operations.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced analytical and strategic GTM skills, learn to interpret AI-driven insights into actionable outcomes, and contribute directly to scaling a high-growth cybersecurity company by improving forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and rep performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy, or GTM operations at a B2B SaaS company
- • Banking or consulting background that pivoted into tech GTM is highly preferred
- • Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce) and understanding of how to design processes reps will actually follow
- • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to solve problems without a playbook in a fast-paced startup environment
- • Experience using AI agents or automation tools and interpreting outputs from multi-agent systems
- • Extremely quantitative and analytical: comfortable analyzing data and presenting insights to leadership
