- • As a Revenue Operations Senior Manager at Vapi Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s revenue engine by bridging strategy and execution across pricing, GTM engineering, process management, enablement, and analytics in a high-growth AI infrastructure environment.
- • Day to day, you will drive pricing strategy improvements, build and maintain Salesforce and automation systems, design end-to-end revenue processes, enable GTM teams with training and playbooks, and build analytics dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
- • Vapi is a fast-growing Voice AI platform powering 1 billion calls for enterprises and developers, backed by top-tier investors including Peak XV, Bessemer, Kleiner Perkins, and Y Combinator, with a mission to resolve customer calls intelligently rather than transfer them.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in revenue operations within a technical AI environment, gain ownership over cross-functional GTM initiatives, and grow your impact as Vapi scales toward its next phase of growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B tech company
- • Background or strong interest in developer tools, API platforms, or AI infrastructure
- • Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive narratives
- • Builder mindset: thrives in 'zero-to-one' environments and enjoys creating durable processes from scratch
