- • As the Revenue Operations Systems Manager at Siro, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack, with a primary focus on owning, optimizing, and expanding our HubSpot instance. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, comfortable translating complex business needs into streamlined processes, robust automation, and insightful reporting. You will be the central point of contact for all things related to our GTM systems, ensuring seamless data flow, process efficiency, and data integrity across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- • Your core responsibility will be the comprehensive administration and strategic development of HubSpot. This includes designing, building, and meticulously maintaining workflows, sequences, lead scoring models, and lead routing rules to ensure our GTM teams are operating at peak efficiency. You'll be responsible for managing system configurations, troubleshooting any issues that arise, defining and enforcing user permissions, and establishing strong platform governance. A critical aspect of this role is maintaining impeccable data hygiene; you will implement and enforce preventative data quality processes to ensure the reliability of our CRM data, which is the lifeblood of our revenue operations.
- • Beyond HubSpot, you will take ownership of the connectivity and cleanliness of our broader GTM technology ecosystem. This involves managing and optimizing integrations with other essential tools such as Outreach, Clay, RevenueHero, Sales Navigator, and any other platforms critical to our GTM success. Ensuring seamless data flow between these systems is paramount to providing a unified view of our customers and prospects, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.
- • A significant part of your role will involve deep dives into our existing GTM workflows. You will map out and critically analyze the lead lifecycle, opportunity stages, inter-departmental handoffs, and deal management processes. Your objective will be to identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, proposing and implementing data-driven solutions. This proactive approach to process optimization will directly contribute to enhancing our revenue predictability and overall GTM effectiveness.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor and partner to GTM leadership, supporting strategic initiatives and providing the operational backbone necessary for their successful execution. This includes developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that offer clear visibility into key GTM metrics, trends, and performance indicators, enabling leadership to make informed strategic decisions.
- • Driving user adoption and ensuring our GTM teams are leveraging the full potential of our systems will be a key performance indicator. This will involve developing comprehensive training materials, creating clear and concise documentation, and actively enforcing best practices to foster a culture of operational excellence. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be crucial for success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a closely related field.
- • Proven hands-on experience administering and optimizing HubSpot (required).
- • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS Go-To-Market motions and sales processes.
- • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in building dashboards and analyzing trends.
- • Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight and a strong bias for action.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
