- • As the first Revenue Partnerships hire for ElevenLabs in the Middle East, you will play a foundational role in establishing and scaling the company’s go-to-market strategy through strategic channel partnerships in a high-growth AI enterprise. This role is critical to expanding ElevenLabs’ market presence by leveraging its breakthrough voice and generative AI technologies to unlock new monetization opportunities for enterprise clients across Southeast Asia and Greater China.
- • You will actively identify, qualify, and build a robust sales pipeline by engaging Global and Regional System Integrators, Cloud Providers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), consulting firms, and Technology Partners, translating technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions that drive partner-led revenue growth.
- • In close collaboration with the Enterprise Sales team, you will co-develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, support deal progression, and ensure alignment on opportunity staging, forecasting, and closure to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- • You will serve as the primary regional point of contact for all partner initiatives, managing end-to-end partner lifecycle activities including onboarding, enablement, co-selling, performance tracking, and strategic account planning to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- • Operating within ElevenLabs’ high-velocity, AI-first culture, you will leverage data-driven insights and automation tools to optimize partner performance, refine sales strategies, and maintain alignment with global partnership frameworks while adapting to regional market nuances.
- • You will develop and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and business cases that articulate the strategic value of ElevenLabs’ platforms—ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI—to C-suite and technical stakeholders, influencing adoption and expansion across industries.
- • By deeply understanding the SaaS/AI landscape and regional buying behaviors, you will provide market intelligence that shapes product positioning, pricing strategies, and partnership prioritization, contributing directly to ElevenLabs’ mission of defining the future of AI-human interaction.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 7 years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment with a proven track record in new business development and consistent overachievement of sales targets.
- • Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex sales pipelines and closing deals through partnerships with Global/Regional System Integrators, VARs, Cloud Providers, consulting firms, and Technology Partners within a matrixed sales organization.
- • Fluency in both English and Chinese, coupled with a deep understanding of business, cultural, and buying dynamics across Southeast Asia and Greater China, enabling effective navigation of regional market nuances.
- • Expertise in articulating the business value of advanced enterprise technology solutions, developing executive-level presentations and demos, and cultivating internal champions to influence long-term sales cycles.
- • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM tools to track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and derive actionable insights from sales data.
- • Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter in ambiguous environments, initiating partnership opportunities independently while aligning with global strategies and enterprise sales objectives.
